Registrations

Please note that the day of payment receipt is decisive for the granting of the early registration discount and, consequently, the total registration fee.

*Only applies to accepted members of Arb|Aut, ICC Austria, PCA and YAAP as well as VIAC Board Members and VIAC Ambassadors respectively; otherwise delegate fee will apply. Memberships will be checked upon registration and proof may be requested. One discounted ticket per member.

Tickets for the official Vienna Arbitration Days 2023 Conference Dinner, taking place on 12 May 2023 at 07:30 p.m. at “Motto am Fluss”, include a cocktail reception, 3-course dinner followed by the opportunity to party until late with DJ. Belvedere Tour

The "VAD Belvedere & Bubbles Tour", taking place on 13 May 2023 from 03:00 p.m. onwards, consists of an exclusive champagne reception at Upper Belvedere’s Octogon including welcome remarks by General Director Stella Rollig, followed by a guided tour of Viennese Modernism's iconic artworks by Gustav Klimt including "The Kiss."

Accomodation

Online hotel reservation is only possible between 11 May and 13 May 2023. If you would like to extend your stay, please state this in the “special requirements” field or contact us by e-mail. 

Hotel prices are stated per room for the entire selected stay including breakfast, service charges and VAT. All rates are stated in Euro.
Your booking data incl. first name, last name, contact and credit card guarantee will be forwarded to the selected hotel by Mondial Congress & Events.

Visa, MasterCard, AMEX and Diners will be accepted.

Please enter your credit card details and click on "complete booking". The authorisation process will then take between 5 and 30 seconds.
