Your attendance

FELASA Congress will take place June 2-5, 2025. IACLAM Day will be held prior to FELASA congress on Sunday, June 1 at the congress venue (further details). A separate registration is necessary as attendance is not included in the FELASA congress registration fee. However, discounts of >60% on the IACLAM day registration fee will be offered to participants attending both, IACLAM Day and FELASA congress.

Registration

A detailed overview of the registration fees and the respective due dates for payment can be found here.
Please note that the day of payment is decisive for the registration fee, not the day of registration.

The registration fee includes:

  • admission to all scientific sessions and the ePoster area
  • admission to commercial sessions
  • admission to the industry exhibition
  • admission to the Opening Ceremony and Welcome Reception on Monday, June 2, 2025
  • congress materials
  • refreshments – coffee breaks and lunch
  • virtual access to live stream and on-demand videos of selected scientific sessions (English only)*
  • online access to the ePoster area 

*On-demand recordings will be accessible for a limited time after the congress. Participant acknowledges and agrees that if, in Mondial Congress & Events’ reasonable opinion, external circumstances including health regulations imposed by governmental authorities prevent or materially impact the holding of physical, in-person events at designated venue sites, Mondial Congress & Events shall implement the necessary procedures to enable hybrid or virtual events, in consultation with the organising society, accordingly.

The member fee applies only to members of FELASA, ECLAM, ESLAV and ICLAS (national and scientific) member associations.

**Technicians Fees:
A document confirming work as a technician in the field of animals needs to be provided. Please upload the confirmation or send it (as PDF file) to Mondial Congress & Events.

***Student Fees: 
The student fee is only applicable for students at the university/college level and registrants need to be under or at the age of 26 at the time of the congress. A document confirming the date of birth and student status signed by the university/school/college needs to be provided. Charity Run

The FELASA Charity Run will take place on Tuesday, 3 June, in Athens. Get active and contribute to a good cause! 100% of your net registration fee will be donated to Parents’ Association of Children with Cancer.

Distance:              5 km (= 3,1 miles), also walking possible
Meeting Point:     in front of Zappeion (2 metro stations from congress venue)

Each participant has been fully informed about the health risks and other risks in conjunction with the race. With his/her registration, the participant expressly acknowledges that he/she takes part in the race on his/her own account and responsibility. He/She will not attempt to hold accountable the organisers or any persons associated with the event in any way or form. With the registration for the run, the rules of the run as well as other organisational rules are accepted. The organisers and any persons associated with the event do not take responsibility for any loss of personal property. The participant waives his/her right of remuneration for the use of his/her personal data and photos or film footage made in connection with the race as well as interviews for radio, TV, advertisements, books, photomechanical reproduction – film, video cassettes, etc. The place of jurisdiction shall be Vienna. Race subject to change without notice. The ticket can be transferred to another person. However, you have the responsibility to inform the person about the information mentioned above and he/she has to accept the conditions.


 

Official Congress Evening

The Official Congress Evening will take place on Wed, June 4 from 20:00-01:00 at Zappeion. Enjoy a nice cocktail style dinner with music and dancefloor.
