Exhibition Package

The following prices apply for the exhibitor package per square metre:
€ 765/m² for 9-27m²
€ 695/m² from 36m² 
Prices above are quoted in EURO and exclude VAT.
Minimum booking 9m²

The exhibitor package includes:

  • Exhibition floor space (space only)*
  • Two exhibitor badges per 9m² rented exhibition space (no access to scientific sessions) 
  • One full congress registration per 9m² rented exhibition space (access to scientific sessions) for personnel of exhibiting company only
  • Cleaning of public areas and gangways 
  • Acknowledgement on the EUROSPINE 2023 congress website and other congress publications

*booked floor space does NOT include partition walls, furniture, main power supply, electrical usage, stand cleaning, etc.

Booth allocation will start in spring 2023.
Exhibition spaces will be allocated according to EUROSPINE guidelines: total of exhibition and sponsorship contribution, booth size, date of application and payment of first deposit.
EUROSPINE reserves the right to relocate or reassign booths at any time for the overall benefit of the meeting



Sponsorship

Sponsorship items allow your company to present itself at the congress outside of the industrial exhibition and increase the visibility of your contribution. All information on the sponsorship items can be found in the EUROSPINE 2023 Industry Prospectus.

EUROSPINE 2023 General Terms and Conditions

Payment & Cancellation Conditions:  Construction of the stand at EUROSPINE 2023 will only be permitted if complete payment is received by Mondial Congress & Events within due time. 
To guarantee the reservation, a deposit of 50% of the total cost will be invoiced within 2 weeks of the completed exhibition application form and is due for payment upon receipt of the invoice. The final balance is due by Tuesday, 16 May 2023.
For application received after Friday, 3 April 2023, exhibition bookings and sponsorship items full amount will be invoiced upon confirmation. Invoices are payable within 30 days.

Cancellation fee: Cancellations or changes on exhibition and any sponsorship booking must be made in writing to Mondial Congress & Events, Ellen Valckenaere: valckenaere@mondial-congress.com.
Downsizing the booth or change on sponsorship booking without penalties is only possible until Tuesday, 4 February 2023, after the deadline, cancellation fees below will apply.
If booking is cancelled between Tuesday, 4 February and Tuesday, 16 May 2023, 50% of total cost will be retained.
If booking is cancelled later than Tuesday, 16 May 2023, 100% of total costs will be retained.

COVID-19 conditions: Providing that the congress takes place onsite in Frankfurt the regular terms and cancellation conditions apply, regardless of the format (hybrid or in-person only; and regardless of potential travel restrictions from specific countries or regions). In case the organiser changes the congress format to a fully virtual meeting, the general terms and conditions apply to sponsorship items than can be transformed to their digital equivalent providing that the change does not significantly alter the booking (Workshops, Meet the Expert and digital items). For bookings directly impacted by the congress format change, such as exhibition packages and onsite branding opportunities, an offer with a digital benefits equivalent will be sent in due time. If the virtual offer does not meet the sponsor/exhibitor expectations the booking can be cancelled; a handling fee of 10% applies.
