The participation as exhibitor and/or sponsor to EUROSPINE 2024 is not possible without collecting, saving and processing your personal and company data (required fields with *). This is done in accordance with the most recent legislation on data protection (GDPR) and solely for the purpose of organising and realising the event. EXHIBITION PACKAGE BOOKING
Exhibition package

The following prices apply for the exhibitor package per square metre:

€ 785/sqm for 9-27m
€ 715/sqm from 36sqm
Prices above are quoted in EURO and exclude VAT.
Minimum booking 9sqm

The exhibitor package includes:

  • Exhibition floor space (space only)
  • Two exhibitor badges per 9sqm rented exhibition space (no access to scientific sessions)
  • One full congress registration per 9m² rented exhibition space (access to scientific sessions)
  • Cleaning of public areas and gangways
  • Acknowledgements on the EUROSPINE 2024 website, pocket programme & congress app

The exhibition package fee does NOT include:

  • Partition walls nor furniture
  • Electrical usage
  • Stand cleaning
  • Anything that is not expressly listed under “The exhibition package fee includes”

All these services/products and more can be ordered at extra cost, more information will be available in the exhibitor manual.

Booth allocation will start in spring 2024.

Exhibition spaces will be allocated according to EUROSPINE guidelines: total of exhibition and sponsorship contribution, booth size, date of application and payment of first deposit.
EUROSPINE reserves the right to relocate or reassign booths at any time for the overall benefit of the meeting.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

EUROSPINE 2024 general terms and conditions

Payment & cancellation conditions: 
All payments must be made in Euros (€). All prices quoted are excl. local VAT, if applicable.
Construction of the stand at EUROSPINE 2024 will only be permitted if complete payment is received by Mondial Congress & Events before the start of the congress.
To guarantee the reservation and for being considered for the allocation of sponsorship items and booth space, a deposit of 50% of the total cost will be invoiced within 2 weeks of the completed exhibition application form and is due at 30 days.
The final balance is due on Tuesday, 14 May 2024. For applications received after Tuesday, 2 April 2024, exhibition bookings and sponsorship items the full amount will be invoiced upon confirmation. Invoices are payable within 30 days.

Cancellation fee:
Cancellations or changes regarding the exhibition and any sponsorship booking must be made in writing to Mondial Congress & Events.
Downsizing the booth or change on sponsorship booking without penalties is only possible until Tuesday, 6 February 2024, after the deadline, cancellation fees (see below) will apply.
If booking is cancelled between Tuesday, 6 February and Tuesday, 14 May 2024, 50% of total cost will be retained.
If booking is cancelled later than Tuesday, 14 May 2024, 100% of total costs will be retained
