Registration

A detailed overview of the registration fees and the respective due dates for payment can be found here. 
Please note that the day of payment receipt is decisive for the registration fee.

The registration fee includes:

  • participation in the scientific programme (incl. sponsor sessions)
  • congress materials
  • official coffee breaks
  • attendance at Opening & Welcome Reception
  • admission to the exhibition
  • certificate of attendance incl. reference to CPD credits after the congress
  • public transportation ticket valid June 15-18, 2022
  • free access to all EuroPerio Series editions taking place after the EP10 registration (further information can be found here)
  • free virtual access to live stream and on-demand videos of selected scientific sessions (on-demand recordings will be accessible for a limited time after the congress)

Member Fees: 
Only members of an EFP Member Society are eligible for the EFP Member fee and membership status will be checked upon submission of the registration. If you are unsure about your membership status, please contact your national society directly.

Students/Dental Assistants/Nurses:
In order to verify your status as a student/dental assistant/nurse, a written confirmation from your chairperson/programme director/hospital/institution or similar is required. Please note that only full-time students are eligible for the student fee. Please upload the confirmation (as PDF file) below or send it to Mondial Congress & Events.

The letter of invitation does not financially obligate the organisers in any way. Delegates are responsible for all costs related to the congress and any visa requirements.

Sustainability at EuroPerio10

In line with the EFP sustainability manifesto EuroPerio10 will have a large focus on sustainability and aims to limit the amount of wastage as much as possible. A number of key policies to achieve this goal can be found on the congress website. 

This commitment to sustainability lead to the decision that we want to make travel for delegates in Copenhagen as easy and environmentally friendly as possible, so all registrations will also include a free ticket for public transport!

 

EuroPerio Backpack

 

At the same time, to avoid wastage, it has been decided that the official congress backpacks will be available on a pre-ordered, purchase-only basis so make sure to order your backpack now as onsite availability will be highly limited:

Processing of your data by EFP
Your personal data (comprising name, contact & address data, organisation/institute), collected by Mondial Congress & Events, will be passed on to EFP. The named federation has permission to process your personal data and to contact you directly for the promotion of future and topic-related events, for the promotion and to disseminate information about activities of the EFP and for the evaluation and further development of the current congress as well as its future editions.

Payment

Online Credit Card Payment

Payments shall be made in Euro. Visa, MasterCard, AMEX and Diners will be accepted.

Please enter your credit card details and click on "complete booking". The authorisation process will then take between 5 and 30 seconds.

During this time, please avoid clicking on the “back arrow”. This would interrupt the process, possibly resulting in double charges on the card.
