BOOKING & CANCELLATION CONDITIONS

Finishing your booking constitutes a binding agreement to the booking and cancellation conditions. Mondial Congress & Events reserves the right to change or cancel your bookings, in case you fail to make payment in due time, or do not qualify for the selected registration fee.

For all prices stated: In the event that new, higher legal charges are introduced, these will be added to the contract price.

Any refunds will be made after the congress.

1. REGISTRATION
Fees for congress registration and networking events are cashed in Euro and include 25% VAT. The day of payment is decisive for the registration fee, not the day of registration (Early Fee - payment by Wednesday, March 2, 2022; Regular Fee - payment by Wednesday, May 18, 2022; Late Fee - payment after Wednesday, May 18, 2022).

Cancellations must be made in writing to Mondial Congress & Events. The cancellation handling fee is EUR 40,- net and the cost of each attended EuroPerio Series Edition (EUR 35,- each) will be deducted from the refund amount. If you register now and make the payment before the early bird deadline on March 2, free cancellation is possible until April 15, 2022. No refunds will be made after April 15, 2022.

For name changes and replacements, a modification fee of EUR 25,- net will be charged.

Registration for EuroPerio10 includes free access to all virtual EuroPerio Series taking place after the EP10 registration. No access to previous EuroPerio Series editions (which took place before the online registration for EuroPerio10 was done) can be granted. However, registration fees for the EuroPerio Series cannot be refunded if they were bought prior to the purchase of the EP10 registration. No refunds are possible in this case. 2. PARTICIPATION IN THE CONGRESS
Without any exception, you agree to obey all regulations/rules imposed by the organizer or staff at the congress venue designated to carry out a successful and safe congress (this might be access regulations/control, compulsory safe distance to other people, compulsory wearing of face masks etc.). The regulations mandatory during EuroPerio10 congress will be communicated to all participants by email as well as on the congress website.

Onsite, in the case of loss of the name badge, a replacement badge will only be provided against full payment of the applicable on-site registration fee. Forgotten badges will be replaced against a deposit of EUR 100,-

Delays or modifications in the programme, caused by whatever reason, do not entitle to reimbursement of registration fees and Mondial Congress & Events will not be liable to you for any cost incurred by you as a result.

It is strictly prohibited to record, reproduce or commercially reuse any visual and audio content presented in connection with the congress. 
If you are a speaker, you remain owner of the intellectual property rights of your content and you grant Mondial Congress & Events/EFP at no additional cost the right, to make use of this content meaning distributing it and making it publicly available, but always limited to the marketing purposes in the scope of EFP’s activities including the congresses.

3. ACCOMMODATION
CAP Partner has been appointed as official housing agency for EuroPerio10 and is handling and booking accommodation for participants of EuroPerio10. The contract will be between delegates and CAP Partner. Payment and all other arrangements regarding accommodation are organised by CAP Partner directly. Please find details here.

4. FORCE MAJEURE
Mondial Congress & Events will not be liable if the congress is, in whole or in part, cancelled, rescheduled or postponed, or for any failure or delay to perform the obligations of Mondial Congress & Events under these terms, if such event results from anything beyond the reasonable control of Mondial Congress & Events (e.g. natural disasters, flood, riots, fire, flooding, acts of terror, war, labour strike, extreme weather, communicable disease such as epidemic or pandemic, malicious damage, compliance with any law or governmental order, or mechanical, electronic or communications failure or degradation, or any other emergency) or anything else that renders performance of the congress, in whole or in part, impracticable, illegal or impossible.

5. LIABILITY
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Mondial Congress & Events disclaims all warranties or conditions, either express or implied, or any part of them in respect of any aspect of the EuroPerio10. You acknowledge and agree that in accepting these booking and cancellation conditions you have not relied on any representation or warranty that is not expressly included in these booking and cancellation conditions and you agree that you shall have no remedy in respect of any misrepresentation which has not become a part of these booking and cancellation conditions. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Mondial Congress & Events excludes any liability for any damages, loss, injury, or liability whatsoever suffered out of or in connection with the EuroPerio10 and these booking and cancellation conditions.
Nothing in these booking and cancellation conditions purports to exclude or limit liability for gross negligence or wilful intent or in respect of any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law. Only written agreements shall be valid. The place of jurisdiction shall be Vienna.
Participants are advised to take individual personal travel and health insurance for the trip.
