The above-mentioned congress is organized by the European Federation of Periodontology (EFP). The organizer appoints an external partner (Mondial Congress & Events) to perform registration services on their behalf.
Completing your booking constitutes a binding agreement on the booking conditions stipulated below.
1. INDIVIDUAL REGISTRATION
a. Registration fees
Payment terms:
Fees are charged in Euros and include VAT if applicable.
The day of payment is decisive for the registration fee, not the day of registration.
Payment Deadline:
Early Deadline: November 12, 2025
Late Registrations: before congress start
The organizer reserves the right to modify or cancel your registration if payment is not received on time or if you do not qualify for the selected registration fee.
A Visa Invitation Letter can be requested during the registration process or via email. Visa rejection does not qualify for a refund of your registration fee.
b. Modification
Modifications must be made in writing to efppmc@mondial-congress.com.
Administrative Fees: A EUR 30 administrative fee applies to each modification (e.g. invoice change, name change, double registration) received by 5.12.2025. No changes are possible after.
c. Cancellation
Cancellations must be made in writing to mail@mondial-congress.com. Refunds are processed after the congress.
Administrative Fees: A 50 EUR administrative fee applies to each cancellation received by 5.12.2025. Registration fees are refunded minus the administrative fee. No refunds are made after.
d. Participation in the congress
Delegates must be at least 18 years old.
Unless otherwise specified, all sessions are conducted in English
Programme: Delays or modifications in the programme, caused by whatever reason or in whatever scope, do not entitle to reimbursement of any costs including registration fees.
The organizer reserves the right to provide the programme in digital format only in case external circumstances beyond the organizers control prevent or materially impact the holding of the in-person congress at the designated venue. All in-person registrations remain fully valid for the digital format. The organizer is not liable for any direct or indirect costs that may occur.
Intellectual property rights: Recording, reproducing, or commercially reusing any visual or audio content from the congress is strictly prohibited.
Photo and video: Photos and videos are taken during the congress. By participating, you consent to use of these recordings in any media without time, location, or content limits unless you object at the time of recording.
ONSITE ATTENDANCE
Lost/forgotten badge: Lost badges are replaced for the full on-site registration fee. Forgotten badges are replaced for a deposit of EUR 100.
Rules and regulations: Without exception, you agree to comply with all rules and regulations set by the organizer or staff. All necessary regulations are communicated to delegates via email and published on the congress website: LINK.
VIRTUAL ATTENDANCE
For virtual participation technical infrastructure is required (suitable device, internet access etc.). The organizer is not responsible for any technical failures on your end that prevent you from attending the online congress, and no refunds are issued.
2. GROUP REGISTRATION
The stipulations outlined in chapter 1 “INDIVIDUAL REGISTRATION” apply also for group registration. In addition to the above stipulations, the following additions apply:
A special group discount is available for groups of more than 10 delegates - fees are stated on the official website. This special group discount is only available until the Early Bird Deadline (Wednesday, Nov 12, 2025).
Name lists must be submitted to efppmc@mondial-congress.com using the provided Excel template by Friday, Feb 6, 2026. Changes can be made through the Change Portal until Friday, Feb 20, 2026, 17:00 CEST. After this deadline, no further changes are possible.
3. FORCE MAJEURE
The organizer is not liable if the congress is, in whole or in part, cancelled, rescheduled or postponed, or for any failure or delay to perform the obligations of the organizer under these terms, if such event results from anything beyond the reasonable control of the organizer (e.g. natural disasters, flood, riots, fire, flooding, acts of terror, war, labour strike, extreme weather, communicable disease such as epidemic or pandemic, malicious damage, compliance with any law or governmental order, or mechanical, electronic or communications failure or degradation, or any other emergency) or anything else that renders performance of the congress, in whole or in part, impracticable, illegal or impossible.
4. LIABILITY
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the organizer disclaims all warranties or conditions, either express or implied, or any part of them in respect of any aspect of the congress. You acknowledge and agree that in accepting these booking and cancellation conditions you have not relied on any representation or warranty that is not expressly included in these booking and cancellation conditions, and you agree that you shall have no remedy in respect of any misrepresentation which has not become a part of these booking and cancellation conditions. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the organizer excludes any liability for any damages, loss, injury, or liability whatsoever suffered out of or in connection with the congress and these booking and cancellation conditions.
Nothing in these booking and cancellation conditions purports to exclude or limit liability for gross negligence or wilful intent or in respect of any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law. Only written agreements shall be valid. The place of jurisdiction shall be Vienna.
