Booking & Cancellation Conditions
Mondial GmbH & Co KG reserves the right to change or cancel your bookings, in case you fail to make payment in due time, or do not qualify for and/or provide proof for the selected registration fee.

All handling/modification fees stated (for early cancellations and name changes) are net, before any VAT.

For all prices stated: In the event that new, higher legal charges are introduced, these will be added to the contract price.

Any refunds will be made after the conference.

Registration
Registration fees for the conference and networking events are stated in Euro and include 20% VAT.

Please note, that the day of payment receipt is decisive for the registration fee.
(Early Fee - payment by September 14, 2023; Late Fee – payment from September 15, 2023)

Cancellations must be made in writing to the conference secretariat, Mondial GmbH & Co KG. If received before August 1, 2023, all fees, except for a cancellation handling fee of EUR 30,- net will be refunded. No refunds will be made after this date. For name changes a modification fee of EUR 10,- net will be charged.

Delays or modifications in the programme, caused by whatever reason, do not entitle to reimbursement of registration fees.

Accommodation
All prices are stated in Euro for the total selected stay incl. breakfast, service charges and VAT.

Individual hotel bookings (1-2 rooms) can only be confirmed upon receipt of a valid credit card guarantee (must be valid at the time of the conference). Small group bookings (3-9 rooms) can only be confirmed upon receipt of the full prepayment or a valid credit card guarantee (must be valid at the time of the conference). The payment and cancellation conditions for large groups (10+ rooms) are arranged within individual contracts.

The following conditions apply to individual hotel bookings and small group bookings (1-9 rooms):
Your booking is binding and can only be confirmed upon receipt of a valid credit card guarantee (must be valid at the time of the conference) respectively upon receipt of the full prepayment. As soon as Mondial GmbH & Co KG has received this, a confirmation will be sent by e-mail. It will confirm the name of your hotel, the duration of your stay and the total amount of your booking.

For cancellations received by August 1, 2023, the given credit card will be charged with a cancellation handling fee of EUR 30,- net, respectively the prepaid booking costs will be refunded less a cancellation handling fee of EUR 30,- net. For cancellations received after this date the given credit card will be charged with the amount of all nights. Only written cancellations can be accepted.

For name changes, a modification fee of EUR 10,- net will be charged.

The number of nights booked is binding and will serve as the basis for your hotel invoice. In case of a no-show or early departure, the hotel may invoice all nights booked.

The hotel and Mondial GmbH & Co KG are entitled to charge the given credit card with the amount resulting from the booking and cancellation conditions.

Credit Card Guarantee:
The credit card guarantee (together with your booking details) will be forwarded to the selected hotel. The booking is to be paid upon arrival at the hotel. The hotel reserves the right to test the credit card by pre-authorising one or all nights booked after the cancellation deadline respectively shortly before the arrival of the guest.

Liability

Mondial GmbH & Co KG and the organising society will not assume any responsibility for accidents, losses or damages, caused by unforeseen circumstances. No claims for indemnification for travel or other expenses from Mondial GmbH & Co KG and the organising society shall arise for companies and participants should the conference, based on whatever cause and regardless of the timing, be partially or completely converted into a digital web-based event, or should the conference be cancelled as a whole. Delegates are advised to arrange their own, personal travel and health insurance. Only written agreements shall be valid. The place of jurisdiction shall be Vienna.
