Education Grant | Application Form


IMPORTANT:  Please note that you are submitting an application for an Education Grant, which entitles you to free registration. You are not automatically registered. Once your application has been confirmed, you will receive further information on how to proceed and complete your registration. Please be aware that, after notification, you will have 20 days to complete your registration. If you fail to do so within this period, the grant will be awarded to the next eligible person on the list.

Eligibility

The Education Grant is eligable for all Health Care Professionals with a minimum of 10 years of practical experience in dentistry. To proof your stauts, it is mandatory to upload a short CV and a copy of their dental exam/diploma or similar.
