BOOKING CONDITIONS

The above-mentioned congress is organized by FIABCI Austria. The organizer appoints an external partner (Mondial Congress & Events) to perform registration services on their behalf.

Completing your booking constitutes a binding agreement on the booking conditions stipulated below.

1. INDIVIDUAL REGISTRATION

a. Registration fees
Payment terms:
Fees are charged in Euros and include VAT if applicable.
The day of payment is decisive for the registration fee, not the day of registration.
Payment Deadlines:
Early Bird Deadline: 18 March 2026

The organizer reserves the right to modify or cancel your registration if payment is not received on time or if you do not qualify for the selected registration fee.

A Visa Invitation Letter can be requested during the registration process or via email. Visa rejection does not qualify for a refund of your registration fee.

b. Modification
Modifications must be made in writing to fiabci@mondial-congress.com.
Administrative Fees:
A EUR 50 administrative fee applies to each modification (e.g. invoice change, name change, double registration) received by 31 May 2026. No changes are possible after.

c. Cancellation
Registration fees will be refunded exclusively in case of the cancellation of the 76th FIABCI World Real Estate Congress due to governmental measures or by the decision of the Organizer.

d. Participation in the congress
Unless otherwise specified, all sessions are conducted in English.

Programme:
Delays or modifications in the programme, caused by whatever reason or in whatever scope, do not entitle to reimbursement of any costs including registration fees.

Intellectual property rights:
Recording, reproducing, or commercially reusing any visual or audio content from the congress is strictly prohibited.

Photo and video:
Photos and videos are taken during the congress. By participating, you consent to use of these recordings in any media without time, location, or content limits unless you object at the time of recording.

ONSITE ATTENDANCE
Lost/forgotten badge:
Lost badges are replaced for the full on-site registration fee. Forgotten badges are replaced for a deposit of EUR 100.

Rules and regulations:
Without exception, you agree to comply with all rules and regulations set by the organizer or staff. All necessary regulations are communicated to delegates via email and published on the congress website: https://www.worldcongress2026.com/

2. GROUP REGISTRATION

Group registrations are only possible for FIABCI members and must be made through the respective national chapter. The stipulations outlined in chapter 1 “INDIVIDUAL REGISTRATION” apply also for group registration. In addition to the above stipulations, the following additions apply: Name lists must be submitted to fiabci@mondial-congress.com using the provided Excel template by 17 May 2026. Changes can be made through the Change Portal until 31 May 2026. After this deadline, no further changes are possible.

3. ACCOMMODATION

General Terms
Mondial Congress & Events has been appointed as official housing agency. Hotel bookings are managed in name of and on behalf of the hotel and are independent of the congress registration.

All prices are stated in Euro for the total selected stay incl. breakfast, legal charges and VAT, if not specified otherwise. If higher legal charges are introduced, these will be added to the rates. The number of nights booked is binding and will serve as the basis for your hotel invoice. In case of a no-show or early departure, the hotel may invoice all nights booked.

Individual hotel bookings (1-2 rooms) can only be confirmed upon receipt of a valid credit card guarantee (must be valid at the time of the conference/congress).

Small group bookings (3-9 rooms) can only be confirmed upon receipt of the full prepayment or a valid credit card guarantee (must be valid at the time of the conference/congress). The payment and cancellation conditions for large groups (10+ rooms) are arranged within individual contracts.

Cancellation
For the Hilton Vienna Park, received by December 3rd 2025, the given credit card will be charged with a cancellation handling fee of EUR 50,- net, respectively the prepaid booking costs will be refunded less a cancellation handling fee of EUR 50,- net.

For cancellations received after this date the given credit card will be charged with the amount of all nights.

For cancellations for the Hotel Wandl and Hotel Motel One Wien Staatsoper received by April 29th 2026, the given credit card will be charged with a cancellation handling fee of EUR 50,- net, respectively the prepaid booking costs will be refunded less a cancellation handling fee of EUR 50,- net.

For cancellations received after this date the hotel is entitled to charge the amount all nights as cancellation fee.

Only written cancellations are accepted.
For name changes, a modification fee of EUR 30,- net will be charged.

The number of nights booked is binding and will serve as the basis for your hotel invoice. In case of a no-show or early departure, the hotel may invoice all nights booked.

The hotel and Mondial Congress & Events are entitled to charge the given credit card with the amount resulting from the booking and cancellation conditions.

Credit Card Guarantee
The credit card guarantee (together with your booking details) will be forwarded to the selected hotel. The booking is to be paid upon arrival at the hotel. The hotel reserves the right to test the credit card by pre-authorising one or all nights booked after the cancellation deadline respectively shortly before the arrival of the guest.

4. FORCE MAJEURE

The organizer is not liable if the congress is, in whole or in part, cancelled, rescheduled or postponed, or for any failure or delay to perform the obligations of the organizer under these terms, if such event results from anything beyond the reasonable control of the organizer (e.g. natural disasters, flood, riots, fire, flooding, acts of terror, war, labour strike, extreme weather, communicable disease such as epidemic or pandemic, malicious damage, compliance with any law or governmental order, or mechanical, electronic or communications failure or degradation, or any other emergency) or anything else that renders performance of the congress, in whole or in part, impracticable, illegal or impossible.

5. LIABILITY

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the organizer disclaims all warranties or conditions, either express or implied, or any part of them in respect of any aspect of the congress. You acknowledge and agree that in accepting these booking and cancellation conditions you have not relied on any representation or warranty that is not expressly included in these booking conditions, and you agree that you shall have no remedy in respect of any misrepresentation which has not become a part of these booking conditions. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the organizer excludes any liability for any damages, loss, injury, or liability whatsoever suffered out of or in connection with the congress and these booking conditions. Nothing in these booking conditions purports to exclude or limit liability for gross negligence or wilful intent or in respect of any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law. Only written agreements shall be valid. The place of jurisdiction shall be Vienna.
