Your attendance options for FELASA 2022


FELASA 2022 will be held as a hybrid event in order to provide a back-up solution for delegates who eventually will not be able to join the congress in-person. This means you can switch to a virtual registration or vice versa (acc. to the bookings & cancellation conditions for FELASA 2022). 

During FELASA 2022 participants can choose from a number of sessions, keynote lectures and workshops that are held in parallel. The event will be partly streamed or recorded (plenary hall and Tech Day) into the virtual platform that all participants can access regardless of the type of registration.

Registration

A detailed overview of the registration fees and the respective due dates for payment can be found here. 
Please note that the day of payment receipt is decisive for the registration fee.

The registration fee includes:

  • admission to all scientific sessions and the poster area
  • admission to the Tech Day on Wednesday, June 15, 2022
  • admission to commercial sessions
  • admission to the industry exhibition
  • admission to the Opening Ceremony and Welcome Cocktail on Monday, June 13, 2022
  • congress materials
  • refreshments – coffee breaks and lunch
  • access to the virtual congress platform and live streaming (English only) from the plenary hall during the whole duration of FELASA 2022
  • access to recordings of all sessions taking place in Les Goudes 1 available after 24-48 hrs
  • access to recordings of the Tech Day taking place on June 15, 2022:
    • recording of the Tech Day in English available after 24 hrs
    • recording of the Tech Day in French, German, Italian and Spanish available after the congress

Member Fees: 
The member fee applies only to members of FELASA and ICLAS (national & scientific) member associations.

Technician Fees:
A document confirming work in the field of animals needs to be provided. Please send the confirmation (as PDF file) to Mondial Congress & Events or uploaded it during the online registration.

Student Fees: 
The student fee is only applicable for students at the university/college or equivalent level and registrants need to be under or at the age of 26 at the time of the congress. A document confirming the date of birth and student status signed by the university/school/college needs to be provided. Please send the confirmation (as PDF file) to Mondial Congress & Events or upload it during the online registration.

Day Tickets:
One-day tickets may only be purchased once and are only valid for the particular day and the respective programme of the chosen day.
