The above-mentioned congress/conference is organized by EUROSPINE. Mondial Congress & Events is the appointed organizing agency who acts on behalf of EUROSPINE.
Finishing your booking constitutes a binding agreement to the booking and cancellation conditions. The organizer reserves the right to change or cancel your bookings in case you fail to make payment in due time, or do not qualify for the selected registration fee.
For all prices stated: If new, higher legal charges are introduced, these will be added to the contract price.
Any refunds will be made after the congress.
Fees for congress registration and networking events are cashed in Euro and include 25% VAT. The day of payment is decisive for the registration fee, not the day of registration (Early Fee - payment by Wednesday, June 17, 2026; Regular Fee - payment by Tuesday, September 8, 2026; Late Fee - payment after Tuesday, September 8, 2026).
Joint Controllers for the purpose of participation management are EUROSPINE & Mondial GmbH & Co KG.
Cancellations must be made in writing to Mondial Congress & Events before Wednesday, August 26, 2026. The cancellation handling fee is EUR 40,- net. This fee is subject to statutory VAT according to Austrian and EU regulation. No refunds will be made after August 26, 2026. For name changes and replacements, a modification fee of EUR 25,- net will be charged. This fee is subject to statutory VAT according to Swedish and EU regulation.
| 2. PARTICIPATION IN THE CONGRESS |
Without any exception, you agree to obey all regulations/rules imposed by the organizer or staff at the congress venue designated to carry out a successful and safe congress (this might be access regulations/control, compulsory safe distance to other people, compulsory wearing of face masks etc.). The regulations mandatory during EUROSPINE 2026 will be communicated to all participants by email as well as on the congress website.
Onsite, in the case of loss of the name badge, a replacement badge will only be provided against full payment of the applicable on-site registration fee. Forgotten badges will be replaced against a deposit of EUR 250,-.
Delays or modifications in the programme, caused by whatever reason, do not entitle to reimbursement of registration fees and the organizer will not be liable to you for any cost incurred by you as a result.
The organizing company reserves the right, due to external circumstances beyond the company's control (e.g. pandemic), to provide the program and its content alternatively in digital format. In this case, the participant has no claim to a refund of the participation fee.
It is strictly prohibited to record, reproduce or commercially reuse any visual and audio content presented in connection with the congress.
If you are a speaker, you remain owner of the intellectual property rights of your content and you grant the organizer at no additional cost the right, to make use of this content meaning distributing it and making it publicly available, but always limited to the marketing purposes in the scope of EUROSPINE’s activities including the congresses.
EUROSPINE or Mondial Congress & Events will not be liable if the congress is, in whole or in part, cancelled, rescheduled or postponed, or for any failure or delay to perform the obligations of EUROSPINE under these terms, if such event results from anything beyond the reasonable control of EUROSPINE (e.g. natural disasters, flood, riots, fire, flooding, acts of terror, war, labour strike, extreme weather, communicable disease such as epidemic or pandemic, malicious damage, compliance with any law or governmental order, or mechanical, electronic or communications failure or degradation, or any other emergency) or anything else that renders performance of the congress, in whole or in part, impracticable, illegal or impossible.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, EUROSPINE disclaims all warranties or conditions, either express or implied, or any part of them in respect of any aspect of the EUROSPINE. You acknowledge and agree that in accepting these booking and cancellation conditions you have not relied on any representation or warranty that is not expressly included in these booking and cancellation conditions, and you agree that you shall have no remedy in respect of any misrepresentation which has not become a part of these booking and cancellation conditions. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, EUROSPINE excludes any liability for any damages, loss, injury, or liability whatsoever suffered out of or in connection with EUROSPINE and these booking and cancellation conditions. Nothing in these booking and cancellation conditions purports to exclude or limit liability for gross negligence or wilful intent or in respect of any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law. Only written agreements shall be valid. The place of jurisdiction shall be Vienna. Participants are advised to take individual personal travel and health insurance for the trip.
