The above-mentioned congress is organised by EUROSPINE. Mondial Congress & Events is the appointed organizing agency who acts on behalf of EUROSPINE.

Finishing your booking constitutes a binding agreement to the booking and cancellation conditions. The organiser reserves the right to change or cancel your bookings in case you fail to make payment in due time, or do not qualify for the selected registration fee. If you are registered as EUROSPINE member and your membership fee is not paid, the difference to the non-member registration fee will be charged.

For all prices stated: If new, higher legal charges are introduced, these will be added to the contract price.

All handling/modification fees stated (for early cancellations and name changes) are net, before any VAT.

Any refunds will be made after the congress.

The registration fee includes:

• Admission to scientific sessions as well as industry lunch workshops
• Virtual access to live stream and on-demand videos of selected scientific sessions *
• Congress materials
• Coffee breaks
• Admission to the EUROSPINE exhibition
• Access to EUROSPINE content library for 1 year

No Lunch will be provided by EUROSPINE
*On-demand recordings will be accessible for a limited time after the congress. Participant acknowledges and agrees that if, in Mondial Congress & Events’ reasonable opinion, external circumstances including health regulations imposed by governmental authorities prevent or materially impact the holding of physical, in-person events at designated venue sites, Mondial Congress & Events shall implement the necessary procedures to enable hybrid or virtual events, in consultation with the organising society, accordingly.

Registration for the pre-day courses includes:

• Participation in the respective pre-day course programme on Tuesday, 1 October 2024
• Congress materials (name badge, certificate of attendance)
• Coffee break

Fees for congress registration and networking events are cashed in Euro and include 20% VAT.

The day of payment is decisive for the registration fee, not the day of registration (Early Fee - payment by Thursday, June 27, 2024; Regular Fee - payment by Thursday, September 5, 2024; Late Fee - payment from Friday, September 6, 2024).

Cancellations must be made in writing to Mondial Congress & Events before Friday, August 23, 2024. The cancellation handling fee is EUR 40,- net and the cost will be deducted from the refund amount. No refunds will be made after Friday, August 23, 2024.

For name changes and replacements, a modification fee of EUR 25,- net will be charged.

Networking Event tickets cannot be reimbursed in case the ticket cannot be resold by the organiser.

Amounts due will be reimbursed after the congress.

Without any exception, you agree to obey all regulations/rules imposed by the organiser or staff at the congress venue designated to carry out a successful and safe congress (this might be access regulations/control, compulsory safe distance to other people, compulsory wearing of face masks etc.). The regulations mandatory during the EUROSPINE 2024 Annual Meeting will be communicated to all participants by email as well as on the congress website.

Onsite, in the case of loss of the name badge, a replacement badge will only be provided against full payment of the applicable on-site registration fee. Forgotten badges will be replaced against a deposit of EUR 250,-

Delays or modifications in the programme, caused by whatever reason, do not entitle to reimbursement of registration fees and the organiser will not be liable to you for any cost incurred by you as a result.

It is strictly prohibited to record, reproduce or commercially reuse any visual and audio content presented in connection with the congress.

If you are a speaker, you remain owner of the intellectual property rights of your content and you grant the organiser at no additional cost the right, to make use of this content meaning distributing it and making it publicly available, but always limited to the marketing purposes in the scope of EUROSPINE’s activities including the congresses.

All prices are stated in Euro for the total selected stay incl. breakfast, service charges and VAT.

Individual hotel bookings (1-2 rooms) can only be confirmed upon receipt of a valid credit card guarantee (must be valid at the time of the congress).

Small group bookings (3-9 rooms) can only be confirmed upon receipt of the full prepayment or a valid credit card guarantee (must be valid at the time of the congress).

The payment and cancellation conditions for large groups (10+ rooms) are arranged within individual contracts.

For cancellations received by Thursday, June 20, 2024, the given credit card will be charged with a cancellation handling fee of EUR 40,- net, respectively the prepaid booking costs will be refunded less a cancellation handling fee of EUR 40,- net. For cancellations received after this date the given credit card will be charged with the amount of all nights.

Only written cancellations can be accepted.

For name changes, a modification fee of EUR 25,- net will be charged.

The number of nights booked is binding and will serve as the basis for your hotel invoice. In case of a no-show or early departure, the hotel may invoice all nights booked.

The hotel and Mondial GmbH & Co KG are entitled to charge the given credit card with the amount resulting from the booking and cancellation conditions.

Credit Card Guarantee: The credit card guarantee (together with your booking details) will be forwarded to the selected hotel. The booking is to be paid upon arrival at the hotel. The hotel reserves the right to test the credit card by pre-authorising one or all nights booked after the cancellation deadline respectively shortly before the arrival of the guest.

Neither Mondial Congress & Events (the "Organiser") nor the organising society shall be liable if the congress is, in whole or in part, cancelled, rescheduled, postponed or converted into a hybrid (physical and virtual) or purely virtual event, or for any failure or delay to perform the obligations of the Organiser resulting from the ccurrence of an event beyond the reasonable control of the Organiser, inlduded but not limited to: natural disasters, flood, riots, fire, flooding, acts of terror, war, labour strike, extreme weather, communicable disease such as epidemic or pandemic, malicious damage, compliance with any law or governmental order, or mechanical, electronic or communications failure or degradation, or any other emergency or anything else that renders performance of the congress, in whole or in part, impracticable, illegal or impossible.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the Organiser for itself, and on behalf of the organising society disclaims all warranties or conditions, either express or implied, or any part of them in respect of any aspect of EUROSPINE 2024. You acknowledge and agree that in accepting these booking and cancellation conditions you have not relied on any representation or warranty that is not expressly included in these booking and cancellation conditions and you agree that you shall have no remedy in respect of any misrepresentation which has not become a part of these booking and cancellation conditions, nor any claims for accidents, losses or damages, including any reimbursements or refunds of the registration fee, travel and other expenses caused by the occurance of a force majeure event. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the Organiser for itself, and on behalf of the organising society excludes any liability for any damages, loss, injury, or liability whatsoever suffered out of or in connection with EUROSPINE 2024 and these booking and cancellation conditions.
Nothing in these booking and cancellation conditions purports to exclude or limit liability for gross negligence or wilful intent or in respect of any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law. Only written agreements shall be valid. The place of jurisdiction shall be Vienna.
Participants are advised to take individual personal travel and health insurance for the trip.
