The exhibition package fee includes:

• Exhibition floor space
• Two exhibitor badges per 9m² rented exhibition space (no access to scientific sessions)
• One full congress registration per booking
• Acknowledgements on the EuroPerio11 website, pocket programme & congress app
• Cleaning of public areas and gangways

The exhibition package fee does NOT include:

• Partition walls, carpet and fascia board, furniture
• Electrical usage
• Stand cleaning
• Anything that is not expressly listed under “The exhibition package fee includes”

All these services/products and more can be ordered at extra cost, more information will be available in the exhibitor manual. 

The following prices apply for the exhibitor package per square metre:

Early-bird fee until Thursday, 23 May 2024: EUR 510,-/sqm
Regular fee from Friday, 24 May 2024: EUR 720,-/sqm
Prices above are quoted in EURO and exclude VAT.
Minimum booking 9sqm

Sponsorship packages offer companies the opportunity to present themselves at the congress in a prominent way. Sponsor sessions, additional visibility, and several items are exclusive to companies which book a Diamond, Platinum, or Gold Sponsorship Package. Sponsors also gain the right to promote themselves as official congress sponsors via their own platforms. Refer to the following pages for more detailed information on included benefits.

Sponsors can also extend their exhibition space and receive the following discounts with their booking per square metres.

We aim to certify EuoPerio11 as Green Meeting according to the Austrian Eco Label. This step towards sustainability will bring significant benefits to organizers, delegates, and exhibitors alike, creating a greener and more responsible future for our industry.

To participate as an exhibitor at EuroPerio11, you are required to adhere to the following sustainability guidelines:

1. Waste Management

• Avoid single-use materials and excessive packaging, e.g. beverages in disposable containers or products with batteries during the event.
• Use recyclable or reusable materials wherever possible.
• Provide clearly labeled bins for waste separation at your booth.

2. Eco-Friendly Booth Design

• Design your booth using reusable or recyclable materials.
• Avoid disposable booth elements that cannot be reused or recycled. (stands, roll-ups, decorations, possibly flooring, etc.)
• Use energy-efficient lighting (e.g., LED) to minimize energy consumption.

3. Printed Materials

• Print only when necessary, using eco-certified or recycled paper and environmentally friendly inks.
• Offer digital alternatives to printed materials to reduce paper waste.

4. Catering

• If catering at your booth, provide regional, organic, or Fair Trade products.
• Single-use plastics must be avoided by using reusable or compostable plates, cutlery, and cups.

5. Transportation

• Opt for local providers or eco-friendly transportation methods to reduce the carbon footprint of transporting booth materials.
• Exhibitor staff will travel to Vienna the most sustainable way (if possible)

6. Communication and Awareness

• Inform visitors about the sustainable measures at your booth (e.g., eco-friendly materials, waste separation).

7. Energy Use

• Use energy-efficient equipment and appliances to minimize energy consumption.
