Liability Release and Indemnity Waiver

The organisers and any persons associated with the event cannot be held liable for any personal injury, damage, loss or accident to private property.

Each participant has been fully informed about the health risks and other risks in conjunction with the race. With his/her registration, the participant expressly acknowledges that he/she takes part in the race on his/her own account and responsibility. He/She will not attempt to hold accountable the organisers or any persons associated with the event in any way or form.

With the registration for the race, the rules of the race as well as other organisational rules are accepted. The organisers and any persons associated with the event do not take responsibility for any loss of personal property.

The participant waives his/her right of remuneration for the use of his/her personal data and photos or film footage made in connection with the race as well as interviews for radio, TV, advertisements, books, photomechanical reproduction – film, video cassettes, etc.

The place of jurisdiction shall be Vienna. Race subject to change without notice.

If  – for any reason – a participant does not take part in the race, the charity donation will not be refunded. A cancellation or refund of the ticket is not possible after successful purchase. The ticket can be transferred to another person. However, you have the responsibility to inform the person about the information mentioned above and he/she has to accept the conditions.
