Payment & Cancellation Conditions:

Sponsorship and exhibition benefits are conditional upon payment being received within the payment deadline specified on the respective invoice and prior to the conference. Construction of the stand at BS 2027 will only be permitted if the complete payment is received before the start of the conference.

All sponsorship and exhibitions fees are cashed by Mondial Congress & Events/Mondial GmbH & Co KG in the name of the organizer (TU Wien) in EUR (€) and do not include VAT. All payments must be made free of charge for the recipient. All prices stated in the dossier are net prices and do not include VAT, legal contracting fee or advertising fee where applicable. TU Wien does not charge VAT.

Cancellation fee:

Cancellations and changes to your original booking must be made in writing to Mondial Congress & Events (bs2027@mondial-congress.com). Cancellation without incurring penalties is only possible until 15.01.2027.
After the deadline, the following cancellation fees will apply:
If booking is cancelled after 15.01.2027, 50% of total cost will be retained.
If booking is cancelled after 25.03.2027, 100% of total costs will be retained.
